Five groups of questionsLimparo in a minute
What is Limparo?
Software for the companies that service commercial pools and spas for their clients. It is built to keep every client, facility, pool and spa and its equipment in one record, log the chemistry on every service round, follow each problem to its corrective action and turn it all into a Pool Service Record, with scheduling, proposals, invoices and payments in the same place.
Who is it for?
Pool management and commercial pool service companies, and the people in them: owners, route and operations managers, and the technicians at the waterline. Their clients are hotels and resorts, clubs, schools, municipal pools, aquatic centers, senior living facilities and splash pads.
Is it for homeowners or residential pool cleaning?
No. Limparo is not a per-pool app for backyard pools or residential cleaning routes. It is the operating record for a business that services commercial pools and spas for clients.
Is it for a hotel’s or a club’s own maintenance team?
It is designed for independent service companies, not for a facility’s in-house staff. If you run a hotel or a public pool and are looking for a service company, Limparo does not supply one.
Founding access
Is Limparo live today?
Not yet. Limparo is launching soon. The pages on this site show what it is being built to do; the scenes are illustrations with invented clients and sample data.
What does claiming early access commit me to?
Nothing. You receive launch updates by email after you confirm your address, and you can unsubscribe at any time. It doesn’t create an account.
Will there be a free trial?
Yes. Limparo launches with a 14-day free trial of The Operation plan, for up to five users, and no card is needed to start.
Chemistry and records
What does a service round record?
For each pool and spa: the chemistry log (pH, free chlorine, alkalinity, cyanuric acid, calcium hardness, TDS and temperature), any corrective action and its retest, the equipment checked, deficiencies with photos and the chemicals added, each with the technician’s name and the time.
Does AI check the readings?
No. Each reading is checked against the range set for that pool or spa by fixed rules, the same every time. AI only drafts the summary of the Pool Service Record, which you edit before it is sent.
What is the Pool Service Record?
The record your client keeps for each facility: the chemistry log and its trends, equipment status, deficiencies and corrective actions, chemicals added and photos, with a summary you edit. It is ready for an inspection.
Does the record make my client compliant?
It is a record, not a certificate. Logs and reports are formatted to support regulatory submission; operators remain responsible for jurisdictional compliance.
Day to day
Can I schedule recurring service rounds?
Yes. Set each facility’s rounds once on the Service Calendar, from daily to every six months, with the technician assigned, and every round lands on the calendar.
Can I send proposals, take deposits and invoice?
Yes. Price the work in a Service Proposal your client approves online, take a deposit, and send the Service Invoice when the work is done, with every payment recorded.
Can my client log in?
No. Your client receives the Pool Service Record, proposals and invoices from you, by email or a web link. Nothing reaches your client until you send it.
Does it work on a phone?
Limparo works in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer, so technicians can record the round at the pool.
