Pool chemistry logs · Pool Service Records
Every pool you service, on the record.
Limparo is built to keep a chemistry log for every pool and spa at every client facility, follow each out-of-range reading to its corrective action, keep the equipment at spec, record what went into the water, and hand your client a Pool Service Record that is ready for an inspection.

One record, from the client down to the pump.
Each client you serve holds its facilities. Each facility holds its pools and spas, each with its own chemistry log and its own ranges. Each pool holds its equipment. Open any level and its whole service history is there.

What each level carries
- 01
Pool or spa
Pool, spa, splash pad or plunge pool, each with its own chemistry log, the ranges set for it and every service round it has had.
- 02
Equipment
Pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, controllers, autofills, chemical feeders and plumbing: model, serial number, install date, condition and service history.
- 03
Facility specification
What should be in place at the facility, so you can show your client what is installed against what the contract calls for.
The service round
A service round, pool by pool.
The technician starts the round and works through the facility one pool or spa at a time. Every reading, action and finding becomes a structured entry against the pool or the equipment it touched, with the technician’s name and the time.
- Start the service roundOpen the facility and the round begins: its pools and spas in order, each one’s last readings a tap away.
- Log the chemistrypH, free chlorine, alkalinity, cyanuric acid and calcium hardness, with TDS and temperature. Each reading is checked against the range set for that pool, by fixed rules, never by AI.
- Out of range? Record what you didA reading outside its range is flagged straight away, and the round asks for the corrective action, pinned to that day’s log with your name and the time.
- Retest, back in rangeThe retest goes on the same log, so the record shows the problem, the action and the result together.
- Check the equipmentPumps, filters, heaters and feeders: operational, degraded or failed. A problem becomes a deficiency, with a photo, until it is closed.
- Record what went into the waterEach chemical added is recorded against the pool it went into, so your client can see what you used, round by round.
- Complete the roundClose the round and its entries are ready for the client’s Pool Service Record.

Seven readings, each against its range
Every pool and spa can carry its own ranges. A reading outside them is flagged on the spot; the math behind it is fixed rules, written once and the same for every technician.

Deficiencies and corrective actions
Every problem followed until it is closed.
A deficiency is the gap between how something should be and how it is. Limparo is built to keep each one open, with its photos and notes, until the corrective action that closes it is on the record.
- Out-of-range readings carry their corrective action and the retest.
- Equipment problems stay open until someone closes them.
- Incidents are recorded with their severity and what was done straight away.

Equipment at spec
What the facility should have, against what is installed.
Give each facility its specification: this resort should have a circulation pump, a filter and a chemical feeder for each pool and spa, and a heater for the main pool and the spa. Limparo is built to show where each facility stands against it and flag the gap before your client does.

Chemicals and products
What went into the water, on the record.
Each chemical added is recorded with the reading it answered, and parts replaced go on the equipment’s history. At the end of the month your client can see what was used at each pool, round by round.

The Pool Service Record
The record your client keeps.
Each month, or whenever you choose, Limparo is built to gather the rounds into one Pool Service Record for each client facility: the chemistry log and its trends, equipment status, deficiencies and corrective actions, chemicals added and photos, with a summary you edit before anything is sent.

All four pools and spas held their ranges on 12 of 13 rounds. Free chlorine in the lap pool fell below range on one round; the feed was adjusted and the retest that morning was back in range. The lap pool’s circulation pump bearing was replaced on Thursday.

Questions
About the chemistry log and the record
Can I use this today?
Not yet. Limparo opens soon, and this page shows what it is built to do, in sample scenes with an invented client. Request founding access and we will tell you when it opens.
Does AI calculate the readings or the ranges?
No. Each reading is checked against the range set for that pool or spa by fixed rules, the same every time. AI only drafts the summary of the Pool Service Record, which you edit before it is sent.
Can each pool and spa have its own ranges?
Yes. A spa, a lap pool and a splash pad can each carry their own ranges, and the chemistry log checks every reading against the ranges of the pool it was taken in.
Does the Pool Service Record make my client compliant?
It is a record, not a certificate. Logs and reports are formatted to support regulatory submission; operators remain responsible for jurisdictional compliance.
Can my client log in to see it?
Your client receives the Pool Service Record from you, as a PDF by email or a web link. There is no client log-in.
