Recurring service rounds

Book each facility’s rounds once. The calendar keeps them.

A resort three mornings a week, a city hotel every Tuesday, a conference center on Thursdays: give each client facility its day, time and rhythm once, and Limparo puts every service round on the Service Calendar, assigns your technicians and emails your client.

A recurring series, start to finish

Set up the series. The month fills itself.

Here a city hotel’s weekly rounds go in once. Each step is a field on the new service round; the Service Calendar and the client’s inbox follow.

  1. Pick the first roundIts date and its time, anywhere from 7 AM to 6 PM in quarter hours.
  2. Set the rhythmAny of seven rhythms, from daily to every six months; the series stops after a count of rounds or on a chosen date.
  3. Choose the technicianOne technician, or several sharing the same round.
  4. Every round lands on the calendarEach round becomes its own record straight away, carrying the series’ price and work: round 1 of 52, round 2 of 52 and on through the year.
  5. The client hears about itWith the email on, the hotel’s facilities team gets the day, the arrival time and how often your technician will be back.

When a round has to move

Drag a one-off round to its new day.

The bearing for the lap pool pump arrives a day late, so Wednesday’s repair round moves to Thursday. Pick it up on the month, put it down on the new day, and it is rescheduled.

  • One-off rounds move by drag; a recurring series keeps its rhythm.
  • Cancel a single round with its reason, and the client is emailed.
  • Rounds already completed or invoiced never move.

Recurring service rounds

Contract rounds, set up once.

Commercial pools are serviced on a rhythm the contract sets. These are the parts of a series you decide once and then leave to the calendar.

    An end you choose

Stop after a set number of rounds, anywhere from 1 to 365, or let the series run to an end date that matches the contract.

Questions

About the Service Calendar

Is the Service Calendar available today?

Limparo launches soon, and recurring service rounds, technician assignment, the Service Calendar and the client emails come with it at launch. The scenes on this page are illustrations with an invented client.

Can a facility have rounds three times a week?

Yes. Set up one weekly series for each day, for example Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each series runs on its own and can end on its own date.

Can a series end with the contract?

Yes. End it after a set number of rounds, up to 365, or on a date. You can also stop the rest of a series later.

What happens to past rounds if I stop a series?

Nothing changes for them. Rounds that are completed, invoiced or paid stay exactly as they were.

Does the client get an email for every round?

When the email is on, the client is told when a round is booked, started, completed or canceled. You decide when it is on.
